Refund & Return Policy for Bulk Orders

We ensure safe packaging and thorough quality/quantity checks before dispatching orders. However, we request customers to carefully check their orders upon delivery and report any damages or shortages immediately.

For All Orders:

  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery; otherwise, your complaint will not be considered.
  • Proof Required: Customers must send pictures and videos of the damaged product as proof via Email or WhatsApp.

For Retail Orders:

  • If the customer does not like the product, they are eligible for refund.

For Bulk Orders:

  • Only wrong or damaged items are eligible for return.
  • Other items should send the return parcel via Speed Post (India Post) at their own cost.
  • We will reimburse ₹50/- as return shipping compensation. Even if the return is sent via courier, we will not reimburse more than ₹70/-.
  • If a missing or damaged item is reported,  refund will be issued via email, which can be adjusted in the next order.

Refund Options:

  1. Payment Gateway :  All refunds will be credited to source account/original payment mode within 7-10 working days.
  2. Bank Transfer:  Transferred/credited within 2 working days post approval.

Additional Conditions:

  • We strive to maintain stock availability, but sometimes products may go out of stock due to high demand.
  • In such cases, our representative will contact you from our official number (9356349330, Mon-Sat, 12 PM – 4 PM) to offer a substitute product.
  • Product images may vary slightly due to different devices and lighting conditions.
  • Sizes are approximate; please refer to the size chart before ordering.
  • Some items are measured using a scale; kindly review scale images carefully.
  • The buyer is responsible for arranging returns in their original condition and packaging, with no visible signs of use. Partial returns are allowed.

Important Notes:

  • Fashion-related items are not covered under a lifetime guarantee.
  • No discount will be given on compensated orders.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, as they are prepaid to courier partners.

Customized Orders:

  • Once placed, customized orders cannot be canceled, as they are immediately processed.
  • In case of order cancellation, no refund will be issued for the advance payment.
  • For custom-made orders or designs, inquiries can be made via Email or WhatsApp.

Shipping Policy : 

We use reliable third-party courier services to deliver our products. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we do not guarantee delivery times and are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider or unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified of the estimated delivery timeline at the time of purchase.
 
All the orders will be dispatched in 3-4 business days and will be delivered in 7-10 business days.
